Vancouver # 7, British Columbia, Canada was shot while on a hiking vacation in Vancouver with my family. Myself and my parents had just moved from NYC to Toronto in 2018 and we had all always wanted to visit Vancouver. My family has been going on hiking trips since I was about seven years old and this has helped me love hiking and nature. This shot was taken on a day hiking trip and the forests in Vancouver are a lot older than anything I had seen on the East Coast of the US and Canada and are pretty impressive. I wanted to capture the beauty of this ancient Vancouver forest and to invite a viewer into this moment in this forest.
